A feeling of community
Our small class size also makes it easy for residents to really get to know and form collegial working relationships with our faculty, which is made up of full-time staff who are nationally recognized leaders in a number of surgical specialties. Our faculty is committed to helping the general surgery residents succeed.
A fully-accredited program
The Surgery Residency at Tufts is a 5-year ACGME fully accredited program. In addition to the Surgery Residency, we also have a 2-year ACGME accredited Vascular Surgery Fellowship as well as a 2-year ACGME accredited Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship.
