Research Centers

The Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies (ICRHPS) provides a research culture and environment that facilitates cross-disciplinary studies.

About

Our work spans from the study of clinical features of disease, specific treatments and their optimal use, measurement of clinical, functional, and social outcomes of healthcare interventions, optimal use of clinical data and other evidence, comparative effectiveness, and the influence of socioeconomic, employment, organizational and policy factors on health and healthcare.

The ICRHPS faculty's expertise in these fields and its emphasis on advancing research methods and having a real-world impact on clinical care have generated a wide array of groundbreaking studies and new research methods.

Funding for these programs comes from a variety of sources, including the National Institutes of Health, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, foundations, state agencies, corporations and collaborations with other hospitals and universities.
